Monday was a regular session of the Scottsboro City Council. Clyde Butler was selected for the Scottsboro Parks and Recreation Board, better known as the Goose Pond Colony Board; the Scottsboro Bond refinancing issue was approved - bond interest rates continue to rise. Repair for the blown transformer in the Recycle for Scottsboro Building was disapproved.
