It was stated there will be an 8% decrease in TVA in-lieu-of tax for the 2015 budget. However, the TVA financial statement indicates a 3% decrease in TVA in-lieu-of-tax for Alabama, reference TVA Board Financial Statement Video at 3 minutes 40 seconds http://youtu.be/yjJikwKG07M

THE FEDERAL BUREAUCRACY
