Last Monday evening's City Council Work Session a discussion occurred about the McAnelly Cemetery located near the River Bridge off of Alabama Hwy. 35. Military veterans spanning 200 years of our history are buried within this hallowed ground.
>Unmarked graves are present to include slave burials as reported in the city council discussion.
