Morgan) Monday's city council meeting consisted of alcoholic beverage license public hearings and approvals, bid approvals, approval for Downtown Scottsboro to hold an Artisan & Vintage Market event on the square in Scottsboro on March 28-29, 2015. Council member Keith Smith announced appointments : Abatement Board - Gail Duffey; Airport Advisory Board - Rudder Williams; Recreation Advisory Board - Mark Pepper; Tourism Advisory Board - J.P. Parsons.
