JAMES MADISON QUOTE - 1822

"A popular government without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both. Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives."

Earthquakes in Alabama/Letter to NRC

Notice the number of earthquakes along the Tennessee River fault line. The nuclear plant is about 1000 feet from this fault, it is called River Ridge.

My letter to the NRC is displayed along with reference inclosures.
