I read the article in the Clarion about the possibility of Scottsboro having a Summerfest 2017. Boosting local economy, fun to the community, and giving back to the community is all well and good, but when I read the Velcro Pygmies were a band to play at this advertised "Family Event", I am appalled. I made the mistake once of going to see what the hype was of this band and they are a bunch of sick perverts. Parents should be aware this band has a perverted reputation thus making this event not family/child/Christian friendly.
