Tuesday October 7, 2014 - Winners in the Scottsboro City Runoff elections: Tony Wallingsford wins Place 3 with 1384 to Carol McCrary's 772: Gary Stewart wins place 5 with 1095 to Greg Mashburn's 1056; School Board race Place 5 - Julie Gentry wins with 1137 to Gregg Bell's 1029.
