The Dylan McQueen case continuation took place today at the Jackson County Courthouse, Court Room 1, in Scottsboro today.
After nearly an hour recess, 1:40PM until 2:37PM, Prosecution and Defense reached an agreement in the Bond Revocation Hearing of Dylan McQueen. McQueen's bond was continued. He may not return to Tennessee, he must remain in Jackson County Alabama under House Arrest with monitoring. The motion McQueen's mother submitted in the case to remain in South Pittsburg, Tn. was denied.
