COMMENT: Can the City of Scottsboro afford another corporate authority since the city must back all loans or financial commitments? Why not a "Downtown Revitalization Advisory Board prior to a Redevelopment Authority? It is my opinion the Revitalization Advisory Board is the smartest first choice.
