SCOTTSBORO, ALABAMA 
Scottsboro Corporate Government Punishes/Penalizes citizen residents which includes babies and small children instead of holding accountable a slum landlord's failures and illegal activity. It is my position that the Scottsboro Water Sewer and Gas Board violated the Civil Rights of the poor citizens living there. This type of inappropriate action by a corporate governmental authority must not occur again.



Local harassment, slander and documentation of criminal threats pointed at me because of my citizen journalism. Note the postings below this video regarding the harassment which has began again on al.com. The Advance Publications Corporation allows log ins utilizing Face Book Google and other social media forms. Previously, I used my name to log in, corporate management removed my account because of me utilizing my name and attempting to protect myself from the criminal defamation and threats by corporate-political-media thugs. My positions and thoughts on this misconduct and at times, criminal activity, are explained in the video below.

My reply to slander, threats, intimidation and the insanity of local corporate media in the attempt to censor my postings and limit constitutional rights by thugs. (Also, this information article is posted on my Face Book Page.) This is my way of dealing with the exhibited fascist actions of psychotics - including political parties, corporations. and individuals utilizing the corporations for criminal activity and misbehavior.

When people slander and harass other people using hundreds of different names,the misbehavior leads people to believe that the corporate entity allowing such slander has a vested interest in the harassment and slander. When psychotic people and a psychotic corporation fail in their values, the people perpetuating such actions, the corporation and their associations, become a blight on local society and a scourge on media outlets such as this (meaning al.com).

The individuals perpetuating this misconduct are perpetuating the abolishment of freedom, justice and our system of law. This is political-corporate harassment and this is the face of the Alabama Republican Party's extremist, racist right wing. It is also the face of Alabama corporate-political society today.

What kind of example is being demonstrated to children and citizens where this type of conduct is permitted, even encouraged by the corporate media outlet.

you were an educated person??????????? this post you just made was uncalled for because if I had any more to say I would have said it.

Criminal activity and defamation-libel supported by psychotics is a threat to freedom within and in our nation. Supporting anonymous threats and defamation is indicative of an insane culture within the corporation. Threats and slander have been occurring for more than 7 years because I use my name, what are the corporate-political entities afraid of, the truth?

I believe the local predominant media entities who publish feel good stories instead of actual news, then slander individual citizen journalists who report on actual local news perpetuate fascism and are disloyal to our nation and our system of laws. Right Wing Extremist Thugs

Macedonia Crossroads, Wilke's Store a few moments after noon time on Friday June, 25, 2010. This picture is a testament that I will not be intimidated by extremist thugs within our community. Threats have been made on al.com's Scottsboro forum: http://www.al.com/forums/scottsboro/index.ssf posting string # 7276, the poster commented to me, "come on out to Wilke's store at Macedonia cross roads tomorrow at high noon and we will have a little face to face chat...I need to go to the store sometime tomorrow anyway, may as well kill two birds with the same stone... I will be wearing blue coveralls sitting on the bench in front of the store."

I believe that good people live at Macedonia and the ignorant comments by some in no way reflect on the community of Macedonia. The bench at the noon hour is empty.

Attacks and threats began in December of 2009 when it was announced that the Scottsboro Boys Museum would be opening. Threats have included burning the museum and threats to the President of the United States and other despicable threats. All threats related to terrorism were immediately turned over to the Scottsboro Police Department. If an investigation occurred I was not informed, I was the one which made the initial complaints.

Since I have indicated I will be running in the Scottsboro City Council election against incumbent Keith Smith threats have taken on a new fervor on al.com's Scottsboro Forum, these threats and slanderous attacks are pointed directly at me.

The bottom line, I will not be intimidated and will vigourously defend my person, my family, my home, my community and my nation against terrorist threats, intimidation and simple minded extremist thugs.

The security guard reported a serious security breech, no one believed him, to include Federal Officials, he video tapped contracted security guards sleeping on the job. What happened to Department of Defense Police at Nuclear Facilities? This is another factor in failed Nuclear Surety on the part of agencies responsible for Nuclear Regulation. There is a continued line of Nuclear Surety failures which calls into question the reliability of nuclear security programs in the United States. A contracted Nuclear Security Force, this is the epitome of stupidity concerning high level security, Wackenhut does not care about anything other than its bottom line. It has a dismal employee labor relations record. What is the most bothersome concerning this revelation is the fact that NRC and Homeland Security officials would allow a private security company to perform critical Nuclear Security Functions outside of the U.S. Government. What is next, NRC dissolved and contract its functions out to Halliburton? A financially bankrupt country and its nuclear program is a danger to its citizenry.
