The Bottom Line, bring in the worlds nuclear reactor waste to the southeast and continue on with a nuclear TVA will result in a death blow to the TVA. Citizens are not going to tolerate our land as a burying place and reprocessing center for the worlds nuclear reactor waste, nor the painting of a terrorist target on the southeast.
