1) Health Care for Jail Inmates. Presentation by Southern Health Partners concerning contracting for City Jail Inmates health care screening. 2) Animal Control Ordinance presentation by City Attorney. Several changes will be suggested for implementation. a) Animals must be on a leash in a residential or commercial property off of owners property. b) Change in "at large" definitions . c) Time frame to acquire Dog Tag License to be in conjunction with purchase of Rabies Annual Vaccination Tag. 3) Industrial Development Board report on upcoming expiration of 2 board members. 4) Medical Clinics Board, 1 member and Zoning Board of Adjustment, 2 members and 2 alternates, both boards deadline for applications extended to Aug. 14 at 12 noon. Citizen Comment: Linda Green stated they had purchased property on the new island development and had several questions for the Council which she presented to the council to be answered in next Mondays Public Hearing on the Zoning Application of the Industrial area, old Scottsboro Aluminum Plant. The packet of questions presented to the council was approximately 3-4 inches thick.
