A winters day at the Jackson County Park brings few fisherman at this fishing dock other than gulls waiting for a school of shad.

Marina Docks looking south from campground.
Backside of campground was not destroyed by last years storms. The 50 foot hill protected the backside.
Shower and restroom facility rebuilt.
Sorry about the repeats. The northeast to southern face of the park received the heaviest damage.
These areas witnessed the heaviest damage. Hundreds of trees were damaged. Public and personal property damage was approximately $1 million at the park.
Heavy damage areas, much has been cleaned up.
Small pavilion will be rebuilt soon. Park Board approved the bid to rebuild this pavilion.
